The farmhouse “Le Vigne di Clementina Fabi” is born in a family wine tradition; it has its origin in the little area of Montedinove (AP) at the end of 19th century, when the Fabi family buys here some farms. In this places they practice the art of farming, planting the vineyards that, through their offspring, still contribute nowadays to the production of the grapes from which we obtain our Wines.
In 2008, after two centuries of exercise in “genius loci”, they decide to valorize this story: Clementina and her family found “Le Vigne di Clementina Fabi”.
Ancient history, modern technology, organic farming: we produce and transform the grapes obtaining valuable products because they’ve been grown interpreting a unique and unrepeatable terroir, the one of Montedinove, located in the hinterland of the Marca Picena, a few Kilometres away from the Adriatic Sea, at the bottom of Sibillini Mountains at 600 m a.s.l.
